Integrane is the trading name of HO KAH CHUNZ, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (registration no. 202603288603), based in Selangor. Integrane connects the systems a finance team already uses and automates manual work such as data entry and approvals. This policy explains how we handle personal data on integrane.com and how we use Google APIs.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or provide a quotation you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
Integrane uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, only to manage Integrane's own Google Ads account and advertising. We do not ask other people to sign in with Google, and we do not access, collect, store or share Google user data belonging to anyone else.
Integrane's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If this changes, we will update this policy before any such access begins.
When we provide automation services, any documents or records we process for a client are handled under our agreement with that client and are used only to deliver the agreed work.
We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete them.
